After buying my Jeep Wrangler (2023 JLU), I immediately started upgrading (as jeep owners do). The first major item was wheels. Although stock on another trim level, the ones I got fit really tightly and squeezed the rubber standoffs as well as the 3rd brake arch. I was concerned if I torqued the lugs even close to tight, something would eventually brake. This is a quick mod to allow me to keep everything looking stock but not risk tailgate damage.Taking inspiration from solid spacer plates (and the remix source), I updated this one so that it has just enough material in the ring around the lugs to support the wheel and also doesn't interfere with the reverse camera that is mounted on the JL/JLU models.This spacer should work equally well on any vehicle with similar stud size and a 5x5 bolt pattern.Printing Options:Prusa mk3s+ with .6mm nozzlePETG or other high-strength and UV-resistant material4 or more perimeters and top/bottom layers (original had 8, but that seemed a little excessive75% (or more) infill Notes:- Your application and mounting may vary.
