This iPad mounting solution works seamlessly with 67 Design rail. I utilized 3/8 x16, 12'' threaded rods paired with nuts x8 for the setup. The iPad holder, accompanied by an apple pencil holder, features a 20mm ball mount that integrates perfectly with the 67 design mount. This mounting system accommodates iPads measuring between 170-187mm in length, both with and without cases. For an enhanced visual appearance, I plan to explore options for covering the shining rod. PLA prints work satisfactorily, but I remain uncertain about their durability in summer conditions. Initial prints have displayed deformation due to elevated temperatures, which may cause loose parts and vibrations. Consequently, materials such as ABS, PETG, or those with higher deformation temperature are recommended for optimal results.
