I'm providing the front driver/passenger floor drain plug for the new 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL. Ideally, I'd have liked to taper the top and the plug like the factory one, but it doesn't seem feasible in Tinkercad. My test print in PLA fits snugly and appears to stay put on my factory Mopar floor mats, although I haven't yet tried using it without the mats. I'm interested in attempting to print it with a flexible material such as TPU, but that's not something I currently have access to. Feel free to modify this design to improve it.
