This is the shift indicator insert for the center console on a XJ or MJ floor console. The original inserts were melted into place after the brushes were installed. Which you can find in the link below if you need them. I left the lettering off purposely so that people could import the STL and add their own lettering or print in a transparent filament and use a cricut or vinyl cutter to allow backlighting.
