Jebao DC9000 pump controller mount
thingiverse
I bought a Jabao DC9000 pump for my aquarium, but I wasn't thrilled with the idea of using just a piece of mounting tape to hold the controller. I designed these two brackets to securely hold the power supply and the controller. The design for the power supply involves attaching it to the underside of the top inside the stand. I simply used four normal wood screws that fit perfectly into the holes, which I will later research to determine their exact size. Additionally, I'm using two cable ties with screws to keep the cables in place. The controller mount is designed to be mounted on the side of the cabinet. Edit: I had to redesign the controller mount because the previous version looked nice but was a hassle to clean up and required too many rafts. This new design can be rotated to sit at the bottom and should not need any rafts, plus it's wider than before, allowing the controller to fit comfortably. Although the controller is still a tight fit, it seems to work fine. I've uploaded a video of my print: https://youtu.be/ZqwsqRXb0JE. Print Settings: Printer - Geeetech Prusa i3 Aluminum. Rafts - Doesn't Matter. Supports - Doesn't Matter. Infill - 30%. Notes: For some reason, Inventor exports .stl files that are smaller than they should be. To ensure the models are the correct size, you'll need to scale each one by 1000%.
