This is a two-colour version of thing:2020600. The original 3D scan, taken via Einscan S (Scanmaster Plus), was reworked in Meshmixer to produce two distinct solids. It took considerably longer than I had anticipated to accomplish this task. Printed in Robox PLA on an original Robox with the aid of a two-colour conversion technique. The end result is pretty much at the limit of what is currently possible, in my opinion, as the feet and talons are barely acceptable. I suspect that this is partly due to the fact that I had to scale down the model to fit within the Robox 100mm max height restriction. Upon casual inspection, it appears to be satisfactory, but closer examination reveals some imperfections.
