Another of my late mother's carvings is now a reality thanks to cutting-edge technology. Scanned with Einscan S (Scanmaster Plus), the scan was meticulously tidied up in Meshmixer, then sliced in Simplify 3D for a flawless print job on a Prusa Original i3 Mk2 in premium PLA. Print Settings Printer: Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.05 Infill: 20% Notes: I printed at one-third full size, so used an extremely fine resolution for the intricate detail that requires precision and patience.
