A 3D scan of another beloved wood carving by my late mother is showcased here. Captured using an Einscan S (Scanmaster Plus) scanner, the data was then fine-tuned in Meshmixer to create a smooth mesh. The model was printed on a Prusa Original i3 MM (Multimaterial) 3D printer using Polymaker Polysmooth (PVB). To achieve a high-gloss finish, it was polyshed with a Polymaker Polysher and photographed at three distinct stages: straight off the printer, after cleaning up, and finally after polishing.
