JDO Wallet - Minimalist Wallet / Card Holder (7 cards)

Hereby I announce my version of the minimalist wallet: JDO wallet. For my purposes I've designed a wallet which holds 7 cards. The cards are kept in place by the 'pressure locks' on the sides which should be printed with a flexible filament. The lever works very well but dependent of the filament used for the 'pressure locks' the wallet should be operated with two hands. This is iteration 8 of this design and version 2 of a physical model. The first model was printed on a different 3D printer and the layer adhesion was not that great, but it hold for about 6 months. The version shown in the images is being carried in my back pocket everyday for the last 6 months and is holding up just fine! Use M2 screws to screw the top and bottom parts into the inset part. Print Settings Printer Brand: Creality Printer: CR-10 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Filament: REAL PLA grey and nuclear green Notes: I would recommend to print all of the holder parts at 100% infill The 'pressure locks' should be printed in flexible filament at a low infill. Please experiment with your filament and printer to get the correct part. Use M2 screws to assemble all the pieces. Category: Organization
