JDM License Plate Adapter - Subaru Legacy B4/GTB

For my JDM Subaru, I had to drill a hole in my license plate to make it fit. I know it's probably illegal, but it's better than holding it down with just one bolt. All the metal adapters I found cost over 20 bucks, so I decided to design my own adapter - it will give you about an inch of space to work with (27mm). This adapter lets you put a Canadian or NA license plate on your JDM vehicle. It was designed for my Subaru Legacy B4/GTB. The bigger hole is for an M6 bolt, while the smaller one holds the license plate in place - you'll need a washer for it. It will also work on any other car that uses an M6 screw for its license plate. To get started, you'll need: * One M5x10mm bolt, nut, and washer (or lock washer) * One adapter and spacer Here's how to install the adapter: 1. Print one of the adapters and spacers, then place the M5 nut in the T slot and attach it to your car - tighten it down. 2. Loosely install your license plate onto the adapter. 3. Slide your license plate until you find the right position for the other hole, then install the original screw with a spacer behind the license plate. 4. Tighten the M5 bolt once you've got the other side installed. PS: I made the holes 0.2mm bigger because I didn't calibrate my x y steps/mm on mine. However, it should work no matter what. If one doesn't work, print out two of them. I also uploaded a solidworks file if you ever need to make any changes. I'm not a pro, so if you find any problems with my design, please let me know. If you have any special requests, leave a comment and I'll try to customize one for you.
