JDM Inspired 1:64 Hotwheels Diecast Wheels

These are a couple wheel designs for use on 1:64 diecast models. The designs are inspired by the Advan A3a (09) and SSR mk-ii (10). They measure an outer diameter of tire 11mm, and 6mm wide. The "narrow" tire is approximately .3mm narrower than the wheel, so the lip of the wheel will protrude slightly. Print with a <.5mm nozzle and .1mm layer resolution for optimal results. The tires print separately, leaving about .1mm clearance inside the diameter, allowing them to fit snugly into the wheels, which will hold securely either by friction or a small amount of glue depending on print settings and quality. I opted to paint the lips of the wheels silver, and it really adds a nice finishing touch. I'm excited to see your creations; feel free to share them here or tag me on Instagram.
