Here is a Rear Chassis Brace for the Axial UMG10 6X6 (or any 6x6 using the axial frame extensions). This was designed by a mechanical engineer with the proper geometry for the mounting holes for correct alignment. (The other options currently available are just slightly off on some of the hole geometry, which is why I decided to make my own version.) This will stiffen the rear section of the frame, but will not make it completely rigid (just like the other rear brace options.) This is compatible with the "Divorce Kit" carrier bearing and reversing output options, or if you aren't using the divorce kit, you can print the mid-rear brace as well. Notes on files: - The Full Thickness Rear Brace is designed to print with the bottom side on the build plate, with no supports needed. - Both versions of the Mid Brace will need supports. I recommend printing this part with the top side down on the build plate. - The Full Thickness Braces should be a little stiffer than the other version but will use more material depending on your infill percentage. The holes all have a lead-in chamfer so you don't need to tap the holes first. v1 - Initial Release v2 - moved the separation point between the two parts to be more compatible with divorce kits.
