Blocky parallelepipedic object in ceramic with two suspension holes. This object would have been used as a weight on a vertical loom to keep the warp threads (hung vertically) under tension, while the weft threads (horizontal) intertwined between them formed the fabric. It is one of the few components of the loom that survives the degradation of the wooden structure.
