JBL Xtreme Bass Protector V2

I created my own design from scratch using Fusion 360, inspired by GestoPlastico's original concept. I was dissatisfied with his version because it extended too far into the speaker and lacked visual appeal, except for the honeycomb pattern. To address these issues, I designed a custom version that achieves a snug fit without causing damage to the speaker's interior. The design also boasts a more angular and raised appearance, perfectly complementing the speaker's aesthetic. After refining my concept through eight iterations, I arrived at the final version. To ensure optimal performance, I optimized this design for a precise **0.44mm line width**, achieved using Cura 4.0.0. This allows the honeycomb pattern to be sliced and printed with three lines, resulting in a robust part that prints flawlessly.
