I'm replacing a broken caster wheel for my JBL Subwoofer with a DIY fix. I salvaged what was left of the original and created a 1/2 inch mockup in SketchUp. The rubber tire fits snugly between the parts, held together by a metal rod that should provide minimal play when assembled. I chose to bolt it instead of gluing it, keeping things simple and moving on. To print this design, orient it upside down with the flat side facing down and the stem portion pointing up; no supports are needed.
