JBL GO bigger enclosure

Remix of HexiBox (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4073663) bookshelf speaker for JBL GO 1 made for pure fun and curiosity. Downscaled original, added 3d printed passive radiator (because why not?) and flat front because i had no concept what to do with this. Post-Printing Buttons Push buttons rubber with signs facings outside into slot inside PCB enclosure part. Connections You need to find way to connect your PCB with driver. In Driver Side part there is hole for cable. I did new cable with jst socket for driver original plug and on the other side with plug for PCB socket or solder new cable to PCB connector pins but from other side. Then seal hole. PCB with accumulator Put PCB into PCB enclosure. Push it little to the side of jack/usb and use little force to push PCB down. Find comfy place for accu and make sure driver can be connected to PCB. Place Lid part into its place and screw it on with 3 M2x19 screws. Driver Place JBL driver into its place in Driver Side part and use m3 screws with nuts to mount driver. Consider glue for nuts. Radiator Glue your radiator weight into radiator rubber. Then glue rubber to Radiator side enclosure part from inside. Or make that part with paper Or if you are lucky buy radiator (50mm mounting hole) Glue everything together Connect cables and glue parts together. Use some clamps or weights to hold glued parts in place and wait. Rubber foots are optional.
