JBL Flip4 Backpack Mount

This is a prototype - revisions will be made to this design. I needed a secure way to attach my JBL Flip4 to my backpack. It was always swaying and twisting around, which was annoying. So I created this in Fusion360. It's a protective sleeve for a JBL Flip4 speaker. INSTRUCTIONS: First, insert it from the top - it fits snugly. Then twist it until the power button is no longer visible on one side. This means that the JBL logo will be facing outwards on the other side, which is where most of the sound comes from. You can still use the Play/Bluetooth/+ and - buttons. If you want to add extra security, you can attach elastic bands across the top. However, I found that they're not necessary for biking, but might be useful for other activities. Attach this sleeve using Tapered M6 x 30mm Stainless bolts, washers, and self-locking nuts. You can mount it to any backpack or bag with about 70mm of space between the bolts. Print instructions: Study the added pictures and photos carefully. Print the case with the bottom on the build plate (it's quite tall at 175mm). Print the backplate with its flat side facing down on the build plate. I printed this using these settings: 40% triangular infill 0.2 layer height Support enabled, Raft/brim disabled 215/210 Hotend temperature 65/60 bed temperature RepRap Blue PLA filament JBL Flip 4 Bluetooth speaker
