Friend asked for a JBL Flip 5 bike mount to have a stereo system for his daily commuter bicycle.Although the JBL Flip 5 is sonically not quite up to Audicitve standard, a music loving project like this deserves support.So here it is - enjoy the music!The screws & nuts (2 each) where designed to be M5, but printed with a 1.4mm nozzle, 0.52mm layer height and 1.58mm width, M4 fits perfectly. Print with 100% infill and one organic stand on the hotbed for the top partUpdate: Version 1.2 is a bit stronger where it once broke, it is easier to remove the speakers and shape is more rounded for better look (& less air resistance :))If it is too slippy on the handlebar, just cut some old bike tube and glue it to the plastic with double sided adhesive tape.
