This is a front door speaker spacer designed specifically for the 2019/2020 Jimny model. It enables you to mount larger speakers measuring 13cm or 5.25 inches. Two files are included - Rev A suits the passenger door and lacks a cutout for speaker terminals, yet the speaker still fits perfectly. Rev C has been rotated so that Pioneer Speakers sit with their labels facing horizontally, which is a minor detail as you can't see them anyway due to the door trim. This version features a recess for speaker terminals. I recommend using two Rev C designs and disregarding the speaker's angle. To mount the spacer, I used weather strip type adhesive foam on the door frame and 20mm strip foam to push against it. For reference, you can follow the installation method of the Suzuki OEM kit as shown on various websites, such as the BigJimny forum in the UK. I personally utilized Pioneer TS-G1320F speakers measuring 5.25 inches. So far, I have been satisfied with their performance using PLA in the Australian summer; however, if car temperatures become a concern in the future, I may remake them in ABS.
