JB Minimalist Wallet
prusaprinters
This is my first minimalist lever wallet I designed. I wanted a wallet that would be small enough for my front pocket, but still have some storage area for cash or other cards. Other Required Materials That I Used: Screws - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GDYNHL6 1" Stretch Banding - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00UC3GD38 Print instructionsSupports: Yes (for Top & Bottom Plates Only) Resolution: Any Infill: 25%-100% Filament: PLA & TPU Notes: Wallet in Action: https://youtu.be/Q0Z71jYzd7I Supports are only required on the Top and Bottom Plate Pieces. Print all parts oriented as they come. To assemble the wallet you will need some #2 screws that are no more than 1/4" long. I used these because of the bigger threads for plastic: [https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GDYNHL6] The lever has a hole for a piece of 1.75mm filament. Cut flush with top and bottom of lever. This provides some reinforcement to the lever action. The Non-Slip stl should be printed in TPU. It is basically a rubber bumper to hold the cards inside Make sure to test fit cards before screwing on the top plate. If they are too loose, you can shim the backside of the TPU Non-slip pieces with a sheet of paper. After assembly, cut a strip of stretch band to fit outside, and sew ends together.
