Jazzberry All-In-One Computer

Jazzberry All-In-One Computer

This is an attempt to create a compact all-in-one computer based on the Ajazz AK33 keyboard. It's designed to hold a Raspberry Pi 3B+ (or 4?) inside, with the keyboard mounted directly on top. All plugs connect to the Raspi through openings, and the SD card slot has an opening underneath. This is my first attempt at building and printing something in 3D, and I spent many hours creating prototypes and refining the design in Blender. For my prints, the fit was good. The keyboard slides into the top part, carefully avoiding the mini USB plug, and snaps down onto the chassis. The original keyboard baseplate must be removed, revealing eight or nine tiny screws beneath the keys. You'll need to remove most of the keys to get the keyboard out of its original case, which may void any manufacturer's warranty. The Raspberry Pi has four stands it can sit on top of, requiring some small screws to secure it in place. I also glued a piece of plastic along the edge of the raspberry pi to hold it more securely in position. If someone wants to remix this design, that's where it definitely needs room for improvement! I created a special Esc keycap I printed in red PLA, and found a spacebar that I also printed out here: https://github.com/ConstantinoSchillebeeckx/cherry-mx-keycaps The case must be printed in two pieces (taking 8-9 hours per piece on my Ender 3 Pro) and glued together. If you want to do this project, be aware that you'll probably need to tweak some things to make everything fit properly.
