Jazz III Guitar Pick Holder
thingiverse
The retaining pins demand a spring with an approximately 8mm inside diameter. I utilized a 27/32" x 3/8" 0.32 compression spring, and trimmed it roughly 5/8" shorter. You shouldn't want a ton of pressure, especially when fully loaded. It comfortably accommodates about five picks (Jazz III only). Not recommended for max-grip Jazz IIIs, as they nearly lock together with even minor pressure. Primetones work great, though. It should snap together without glue and stay in place, but that will also depend on your tolerances. ** 2018-06-12 ** * Increased plate height so it can't slide out through the pick slot * Decreased size slightly to only fit standard-sized Jazz III picks ** 2018-06-13 ** * Redesigned smaller: Shell now 1.5mm instead of 1.5*2 + tolerance, with a shorter base * Tighter fit for base, to make up for reduced contact area ** TODO ** * Remix for max-grip picks
