Jaybird Tarah Pro charger

So I lost my charger for my Tarah Pros, and I'm not about to pay $42 for a new one. Still waiting on my 6mm pogo pins to arrive - the indentions for magnets are for 8x2mm N52 magnets, waiting on them to arrive as well. Once I get all the parts in, I will print this and post the revision and photos. I plan on using these pogo pins; https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FQF2BRC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The middle pin is positive, the 2 outer pins are tied together and to ground. At this point the measurements are exact - I expect that I will make the magnet holes slightly larger, do something for press fitting the pogo pins, tweak the fit between the lid and box, and make the box smaller and perhaps sleeker. Did a test print of the lid and the fit looks good; the pin holes are lined up properly but too small. I'll update the design once the pogo pins come in. Also ordered these pogo pins - not sure which I will use till they come in tomorrow: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FQ5HJBP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Ok, final version - I printed the lid as it is, upside down with supports and used the second pogo pins; they press fit although I will use a spot of hot glue to hold them in place. Will post pictures when the final assembly is done. So started assembly and the depth of the holes for the pogo pins was too exact for my soldering - I did better the second time but felt more clearance was better so I reduced the depth of the holes by 1mm. The latest version of the lid is uploaded; will upload final pictures after the magnets come in tomorrow. Ok, so the lid was too thick for the magnets so I flipped those holes to the top and tried printing on the side and it worked out well. I have 2 good units now - I used a dab of hot glue to secure the magnets and filled the reservoir behind the lid to set the pins in place. Then used a little more as strain relief on the cable and to secure the lid to the base. I printed these in PETG.
