JayBird Bluebud Ear Fin

I lost one of the rubber fins for my JayBird BlueBuds, which are absolutely fantastic! They'd sometimes cause my ear to ache slightly after many hours of use due to being a tad too stiff. So, I decided to design my own replacement. You'll need a length of NinjaFlex to build these. The standard Replicator 2 extruder and build plate will work perfectly fine though. Optimized heavily for 0.4mm extruder nozzles on FDM printers. Any MakerBot will work, or almost any RepRap derived design. I've only tried slicing with MakerWare so your results may vary with other slicers. I've included the MakerWare profile I used - it was tweaked a bit to ensure it prints without any gaps.
