Jaws of the Lion Improved Token Storage

I really like all of the thought that went into the box's storage for Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion. But vacuum formed plastic can only go so far, so I decided to design a 3D Printable token storage tray with individually-sized slots for each of the various tokens, instead of jumbling certain ones together!

You'll want to print out both the tray-conditions and the tray-damage files, which is where you'll actually put all of the tokens. I wanted to keep the bulk of the original packaging, so I glued the two trays together and printed out 2 copies of the lid-glue file, then glued them together, too. This gave me the long tray that you see in the photos, which is the same size as the original vacuum-formed tray. If you're doing a more dramatic storage replacement, you might want to keep the two trays separate; in that case, you'll want to print 2 copies of the lid-separate file.

I printed this with .15 mm layers and a .4 mm nozzle, but I expect that it'll work pretty well with any layer heights less than .5 mm (greater than that and the text mightn't show up), although I obviously haven't tested it at greater layer heights.

As always, the .blend file and pre-supported .3mf (including the one that I used to print this on my Prusa MK3, although the support points should work for SLA printers) for this model are available to my patrons at https://patreon.com/VirtuallyJason. If you appreciate my work and have a few dollars to spare each month, please consider joining!

Edit: Thanks to TheFlyingCompass on Reddit for the suggestion of hollowing out the middle of the condition tray to save on printing time/filament. I've included such a version in the thing, but I haven't actually tested printing that one myself.
Category: Toy & Game Accessories
