I modify a JAWe2 extruder body to accommodate an E3D v6 1.75mm Universal Hot-end using Designspark Mechanical. The PFTE tube directly inserts into the body until it reaches the hobbed bolt. Currently working on a revised design featuring a PTFE tube running from top to bottom for flexible filament as per the E3D suggestion. I employ a mount designed from thingiverse: 121210, attaching the E3D Hot-end to the carriage assembly. I prepare the build files using Cura with parameters of 0.2mm layer height and 30% fill, utilizing PLA material.
