This is a simple and effective eye lens for a Jawa costume, specifically designed to fit a 5mm LED. The lens features a channel for routing the wire underneath, ensuring a neat and organized setup. Print Settings: Printer: Folgertech FT5 Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.12mm Infill: 0% Notes: This design is intended to be printed with minimal material usage, using translucent yellow or clear filament. The result is a lens that provides excellent light reflection around the inside when an LED is inserted. To achieve this effect, it's essential to use 0% infill and reduce perimeter walls (I've used two; I'll also try one). Drilling out the end of the channel for the LED is necessary, allowing it to fit fully into the lens cavity. This approach enables the desired outcome with minimal material usage.
