JAW Segmented Duet Wifi Enclosure
thingiverse
I just completed printing the original files and assembling the case. The original design isn't bad, but I made some key improvements. First, I relocated the duet board mounts all the way towards the front edge of the box to provide extra space for main power and heated bed wires. Next, I raised the entire enclosure by 5mm for clearance and additional wire room. Finally, I increased the height of the wire management slots so they would capture and better organize wires plugged into the board. My print bed was too small to print any standard Duet Wifi enclosures, so I created one from scratch using CAD software that divides into separate pieces. The box and lid are printed in two parts and can be glued or fused together with acetone once assembled. The box features active cooling on its underside, equipped with two 25x25x10mm fans. It is slightly oversized to facilitate wire management. I will attach mine to one of the top rails of my JAW Delta printer.
