JavaSCAD - Our little model generator framework

After months of using OpenSCAD and learning its limitations, we decided to create something that would help us build complex models more efficiently. Our top choice was Java, as both of us are expert Java developers and it offers ideal cross-platform support for generating code that can be used in conjunction with the equally versatile OpenSCAD. This led us to develop JavaSCAD, a simple framework written in Java that represents OpenSCAD's primitive objects as Java objects and enables users to build more complex ones by combining them. Ongoing development around JavaSCAD is still underway - we plan to improve its functionality and add features such as 2D capabilities from OpenSCAD (the 3D features are already implemented). We've also uploaded a simple example of the current status, which showcases a parameterized Lego brick creator. Two bricks have been attached for those who want to see the result first.
