I purchased a JavaPress manual coffee grinder several months ago and soon found myself experiencing severe hand fatigue and sore wrist and finger joints as I struggled to keep the barrel from spinning while grinding beans. The stainless steel barrel was extremely slippery, making it difficult to maintain control. To alleviate this problem, I decided to create a holder that would eliminate the stress associated with my morning grind. After conducting some trial and error experiments, I came up with this design, which has proven to be quite effective so far.
