Jason's FULL Prusa I3 bear remix, Non Vslot Misumi 2040 Extrusions
thingiverse
This is the comprehensive collection of components required to assemble My remix of Greg (Pekcritron's) Prusa i3 Bear project. The modifications incorporated into each part are as follows: All parts were redesigned to fit perfectly within 2040 Misumi non V-slot Extrusions. Motor cages were modified to enable natural flexing, mimicking the original Prusa designs. Z top caps were altered to allow for natural flexibility as well. 2040 end caps were customized to ensure that m5 bolts clear without hitting the studs. In addition to these modifications, several new components have been introduced: Lican Trop's Mini Rambo case has been modified with a hole for Prusa multi-material cables. New LCD cable clips that transform into slots have been designed. A new LCD cable holder is located under the front panel to prevent dangling cables from snapping in place. New Igus RJ4P-01-08 8mm Bearing holders are designed specifically for m3 bolts. Drill Helpers are included to drill all aluminum extrusions for m5x0.8 Bolts. Top Mounts for PRUSA MMU are compatible with 2020 extrusion. The components were created for a Mk2s, but they will also fit Mk2 and mk2.5 if you print the Rambo cover for mk2. Excellent Assembly instructions by Greg Saundier can be found here: https://github.com/gregsaun/prusa_i3_bear_upgrade/blob/master/full_upgrade/for_mk2.5/manual/assembly_instructions.md All necessary components should be included in this collection. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I am currently printing with this setup at 150mm/s without experiencing any issues.
