I was inspired by VFXBase's Jar Jar when I decided to create my own version. Since re-inventing the wheel would be pointless, I opted for a more comedic take on the character. VFX's version is amazing, it looks so serious and doesn't even seem like a total buffoon for once - they've really nailed it. However, I wanted to capture the essence of the movie creature, including that iconic neck and distinctive Adam's apple. The only thing holding me back from truly nailing it is my lack of expertise with fine details, particularly in skin texture, which VFX excels at; I need to improve my Zbrush skills to get there.
