Parameterized model (Fusion 360) of a traditional Japanese toolbox.These are simple nailed together boxes, but exemplify the concept of “shibusa.” Every part is purely functional, with no ornamentation whatsoever, making for a very elegant box.These are easy and fun to make at any scale out of whatever material is available. They make great packaging for gifts (wine, pottery, handmade crafts, etc.).
