Japanese Tipping Bamboo Water Fountain
thingiverse
I designed this Japanese water fountain because my old one stopped working. You can print it on a 200 x 200 x 180mm build plate using about 1KG of PLA material. I've included a text file with instructions on how to assemble it. Additionally, you'll need a 10MM diameter plastic tube that's 1M long and a water pump that allows for adjustable flow control. I'm eager to hear your thoughts on this project and would love to see some photos of your finished creations. If you'd like a more compact version for indoor use, feel free to scale it down - I think it would be awesome. Check out the video at https://youtu.be/iHX1ZxmH7ZA. Update v2.0: Main Base - I added markers on the back so you can easily glue the parts together in alignment. The top part now has a larger hole and slightly adjusted angle. Update v2.0 Small Base - I added markers for easy assembly. Update v2.0 Support Tumbler - I added markers for alignment and made the holes more centered to prevent movement.
