Inspired by this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPUPyuz_ink I set about replicating the incredible Japanese large-beam wood joint showcased in that video. This massive beam measures approximately 12" x 6" and features some subtle details like small angles at its ends, making it easy to assemble or disassemble with wedges. My recreation should remain largely faithful to the original video. However, I strongly advise against printing this out due to its enormous size. It could serve as a useful guide, though, or be printed in miniature form for smaller projects.
