japanese lamellar armor scales type VIII
thingiverse
This is a 3D model of traditional Japanese lamellar armor scales, known as kozane, based on a pattern provided by Anthony J. Bryant. According to his work, the style of these scales dates back to the 13th-14th century. Note: Although I've created this 3D printed design, it hasn't been tested in actual SCA combat yet! I initially designed them with the intention of making a silicone mold for resin casting the scales. Scale Measurements: Length: 78.3 mm Width: 46.2 mm Height: 1 mm Hole Diameter: 4 mm
