I broke my Japanese knife handle made of wood which was new and got washed in the dishwasher causing it to go mush so I decided to print and bolt it together. Print Settings Printer Brand RepRap Printer 3drag Rafts No Supports No Resolution .35 Infill 24% linear Notes Holes are to be drilled a bit to fit the knots Post-Printing Manual support added I added some manual support and removed it after printing if you use a printer that bridges really well I think you should remove it. How I Designed This Japanese knife handle was designed using Blender This is my first try at making a copy of a wooden Japanese knife handle I kept the original ring in black on the photo I took the original quote of the knife it is a bit longer but not that much the blade fits well only had to drill a bit to fit the bolts and cut them with a disc cutter.
