Here is the rewritten text: Scale Model of Kagero Class Destroyer. Not All Features to Exact Scale. Nineteen ships made up the Japanese Kagero class of destroyers, all constructed during the 1930s for the Imperial Japanese Navy. Sadly, only one survived until the end of the war, the Yukikaze was later transferred to the Chinese and served in their navy into the sixties. Additional three vessels claimed were actually intended for construction but would become part of a dummy budget plan instead destined for Yamato-class battleships. As designed these ships initially featured six five-inch guns alongside eight torpedo launchers. Late war upgrades altered this, where the Yukikaze lost two five-inch guns and added increased antiaircraft armament capabilities. Optimized specifically for 1/1800th scale prints, the model can easily be scaled upwards or downwards with suitable design tweaks in mind however keeping it larger is a non-optimal approach as small print details get lost quickly, here both mast headpieces and gun barrel ends underwent significant changes during initial release. Built into a larger-scale model series for WWII era ships, check back for additions, any specific requirements welcome too!
