1/1800th Scale Fuso Class Battleship Model, With Select Elements Not to Scale Two modernized battleships were constructed near the close of World War I, yet their obsolete design meant limited service during WWII, resulting in their sinking in 1944. The vessels boasted twelve 14-inch guns and sixteen 6-inch guns, as well as a meager five antiaircraft guns and six torpedo tubes. This detailed model was meticulously designed and tested at the 1/1800th scale, but scaling up or down is feasible. Due to the emphasis on fine detail in the base design, upscaling proves impractical due to lost resolution, specifically with the gun barrels and mast visibly oversized. This model is part of an expanding collection showcasing WWII warships. Additional ships will be available for download soon.
