Japanese Aircraft Carrier Hosho 3D print model

1/1800th scale Hosho Aircraft Carrier model. Certain details deliberately reduced in size. The Hosho broke the mold as the world's first purpose-built aircraft carrier, diverging from its battlecruiser and battleship precursors. Initial designs showcased a prominent superstructure and exhaust pipes reaching above the flight deck; however, these were eliminated by 1924, leaving only one aerial to surpass the deck height. The Hosho's arsenal featured four five and a half-inch guns, along with sparse anti-aircraft artillery. It boasted capacity for fifteen aircraft at maximum deployment. This miniature model is part of my WWII warship collection; keep an eye out for more additions coming soon! Feel free to share any specific requests – send me a message, and I'll give it top priority on the worklist. Update 13 Aug 19: Detailed watercraft elements have been integrated into this build. Carefully calibrated with PLA at .08mm layer height and employing a precise .4mm nozzle setting during the testing process.
