A contemporary Japanese street featuring modular structures, blending common and distinctive buildings, residential areas, and a few basic shops. This setting includes power lines, pylons, and sidewalks. The UV mapping is applied only to textures with normal maps like bricks, roll-up doors, stones, and tiles. The .MB file contains a sun connected to a SunDirection node for optimal lighting and time settings. It doesn't include base textures since it's intended for use with custom tiled materials. I noticed a scarcity of modern Japanese streets on CGTrader, so I decided to contribute my own!
