Mandalorian Helmet designed for 3D printing in ABS, broken down into parts. This model was created in SketchUp after referencing screen shots from Jango Fett and studying various Mando helmets I possess. The design is symmetrical, unlike the original Jango. It's been scaled up to match a two-piece Jango helmet size, so adjust it according to your head shape. This design allows for printing in separate parts. I recommend using ABS plastic and adding a raft when printing the thin sections to prevent warping. If your printer isn't large enough, you may need to cut some of the parts down further. Once printed, weld the parts together using acetone to melt the ABS plastic. Alternatively, if you've used PLA, consider using a 3D doodle pen for assembly. I've successfully printed around four of these Mandalorian helmets for friends and they all turned out well.
