So if you are too cheap, like me, to shell out for replica fabric on a certain website to make a costume for the most benevolent AI in TV history, what you do is you load this into your Cricut/Silhouette and cut out a bunch of panels on freezer paper, then use Dye-Na-Flow VERY SPARINGLY with a dry brush to VERY CAREFULLY paint these shapes. Seriously. Dip the brush in the dye, remove at least 2/3 of it on scrap material, and then very lightly drag the brush over the shapes. You won't get the exact same watercolor effect as the on-screen fabric but I'm pretty happy with the result anyway.
