Create your own Jammie Dodgers using homemade shortbread and jam! My blackberry bushes finally bore edible fruit, so I made jam for the first time, which turned out thick but perfect for this treat. Roll out chilled dough to 5-6mm thickness, cut with floured cutters for identical tops and bottoms. Bake at 150C for 25 minutes, then let cool before spreading softened jam on the flat side of a bottom piece and placing a top piece over it. Store-bought jam also works great!
