Jam Jar Greenhouse Project
cults3d
I'm crafting a Greenhouse from repurposed glass containers, not limited to jam jars. The concept involves utilizing some of these containers to collect rainwater for the plants inside the Greenhouse. This is my initial attempt at a 3D printed prototype; I've tested the idea with a metal lid, and it works well but has a hazardous sharp edge and an unattractive appearance. The greenhouse features glass jars facing inwardly. The rain collector jars face outwardly with the 3D printed adapter attached and a rubber tube directing water back into my plants. This adapter is designed for a jar with a diameter of 10 cm, though I plan to create more sizes soon. If you require a specific size and can't wait, please let me know. The adapter will necessitate silicone sealing to ensure a watertight seal on the jar. I've incorporated a "spacer" to facilitate stacking the jars. My apologies for the project's duplication; it appears Thingiverse experienced an issue, resulting in two identical projects.
