Someone at work had decided to give a new life to an old jam jar by turning it into their morning coffee takeaway vessel and attached a steel lid with strategically punched holes to it. Wouldn't it be fantastic if you could 3D print for me a screw-on lid that I can use on my trusty jam jar, Java being suggested? Challenge accepted and the two designs I came up with are now available to see. The Jam Jar Java has a sipper top just like a disposable coffee cup, while the Jam Jar Juice features a hole in the middle perfect for sipping through a straw. Designed specifically to fit a jar with an outside rim diameter of 58mm, any other diameters required can be easily accommodated upon request. Disclaimer: I have no idea about the food safety concerns related to the 3D printing filament available; clear PLA may be the safest option to consider?
