Use a precision jam funnel to fill sizzling hot jam into scorching hot sterilized glass jars, leaving approximately 0.2 inches of headspace. Carefully wipe off the rim of the jar and place a piping hot lid on top. Securely screw the metal ring down tightly, applying just enough force to avoid compromising the air's ability to escape during the heating process. Ultimately, all jars should be submerged in boiling water for heat processing. The jam funnel must be thoroughly cleaned after each use to maintain its effectiveness. Be cautious!
