UPDATE 1/27/21: Printed a few and tested it in the car, the design I uploaded before today (Jan 27 2021) does technically work, but I don't recommend it. I've changed the thing file to better fit the car. Also, I'm adding fuzzy skin to the "required" list, it helps immensely. The problem with the previous design that I did not account for is that the back of the mount, where you have to angle it to slide over the mounting tab, is too thick and not flexible enough to slide over the tab without force, so I'm lowering that. I'm also uploading a slightly modified version of the file for use with TPU filament, although I haven't tested it, along with the SolidWorks files so if someone finds an issue, they can modify them to fit their needs This is a replacement for the rubber fuel pump mounts/collars for the Jaguar X300 (XJ6/XJ12/XJR). As I recently found out, they're basically no longer available from anywhere, and the few used ones I've seen are quite a bit of money for a small piece of rubber. Part is based off of my measurements of the original piece, my part was incredibly degraded and swollen and falling apart, so they're roughly based on measurements taken from both the part and the new pump.The mount is designed so that the opening for the pump is ever so slightly smaller than the pump neck itself, and has slots cut into the retaining ring allowing it to flex outward and grip the pump, with also a slot cut for a zip tie to make sure it stays tight. JLM12204 (OEM) and Airtex E8285 (replacement) are the two fuel pumps I have based my measurements off of.
