Jaguar/Leyland Battery Terminal Cover
prusaprinters

(Print in TPU or other Flexible) This is a positive terminal cover for some 70s-80s British Leyland (Jaguar) Vehicles. This is not the one for the late-80s XJS with the 90-degree battery terminals, these are for the standard straight terminals, like on the Series 2 Jaguar XJ.

Included are two files: One with a smaller hole for the cable, which I recommend. The second file has a larger cable hole opening in case you're like me and crimp the cable lug or install the battery terminal before feeding the wire through the terminal cover. The smaller hole file is pretty close to the original in size and should fit standard 4AWG wire fine, use the bigger hole file if you're using something like 2 or 0 AWG.

These can be printed standing vertical (cable hole pointing up), or laid down horizontal (cable hole parallel to the ground). You should not need any supports regardless of which way you print it.
