Here's how I'm approaching modeling and texturing Jager's ADS: I'm focusing on getting the overall shape and proportions of the ADS right, then adding in finer details like bolts and panels. The idea is to capture its industrial feel while making it look sleek and futuristic. To achieve this, I'm using a combination of smoothing groups and mesh editing techniques to get the desired level of detail without overwhelming the viewer. Next, I'll start working on texturing the ADS. This involves creating a UV map and applying textures to give it a worn, battle-hardened appearance. I want to convey the sense that this thing has been through some serious action, so I'm aiming for a weathered look with scratches, dents, and other signs of wear. To add an extra layer of realism, I'll also be creating some custom materials and shaders to give the ADS a unique look. This might involve simulating metal textures, rust effects, or other visual elements that will help bring the model to life.
